01 — THE BEGINNING
Macra Nodo was born from a deep desire to create truly unique garments. From a young age, I knew I wanted to make pieces that felt different — not ordinary clothes, but something more expressive and memorable. In macramé, I found a technique through which I could create something truly special: pieces that allow women to stand out, feel powerful, and shine in the moments that matter to them.
02 — THE PROCESS
From Raw Cord
to Wearable Art
The process begins with selecting the finest premium cotton cord — soft to the touch, durable in structure, and beautiful in the way it catches the light. Each piece is built as a pattern of interlocking knots, carefully planned yet shaped by the natural rhythm of handwork.
There are no machines involved in my process. Every single knot is tied by hand, every fringe is cut and shaped individually. A single dress can require more than 20 hours of focused work — a quiet meditation in fiber and form.
