The clothing products sold by the Seller - despite the color and sizing available on the Website - are always manufactured to the Buyer's specifications, i.e. based on the detailed individual dimensions provided by the Buyer after selecting the basic sizing. In view of this, the Buyer may not exercise his right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 29 (1) (c) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), as these products are not considered prefabricated goods that were manufactured on the basis of the consumer's instructions or at his express request.
